Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on the total weight of
your order.
Shipping confirmation
When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirming email message. Your
credit card will be billed when your order is shipped.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (cosmetics excluded) less shipping
charges, please return your purchase to us for a full refund of the purchase
price! Regarding the return of shofar(s), please note that our money back
guarantee applies only after the shofar(s) arrive back at our warehouse.
The refund will be 100% of your purchase price less shipping costs. Furthermore,
we do not cover any costs involved with return shipment.
All refunds must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Since the PayPal refund option expires after 30 days, the
item(s) being returned will arrive at our warehouse no later than 25 days from
when you placed your order - not from when you received the item(s).
We normally ship orders within 48 hours of order. If the product being returned
is not received within 30 days from when you placed your order, the PayPal
refund option expires. You may still receive a refund, but it will not occur
via PayPal.
All products must be returned in their original unopened
package. We do not accept returns for cosmetics. Purchaser assumes
responsibility for any and all damage to the product during the return
shipment.
